Companies seeking some level of ownership transition are also excellent candidates for SunChase involvement.  In addition to a strong management team, SunChase looks for companies with a proven competitive advantage and a secure path to continued growth. SunChase prefers to commit capital to companies in general commercial sectors such as manufacturing, distribution, business services and consumer services. It would be rare for SunChase to invest capital in early stage and highly speculative companies, or in situations involving complex technologies.
