Mr. Renneckar joined SunChase in 1992 as Corporate Counsel and was responsible for all the legal affairs of the company, including acquisition of assets approximately $2.0 billion dollars from the Resolution Trust Corporation (RTC). He became Vice President in 1992 and President in 2006. In 2010 Mr. Renneckar resigned as President of the Company and now provides senior advice and assistance on special projects.

Prior to joining SunChase, Mr. Renneckar was in private practice for 22 years and represented home builders, contractors, developers, consultants, investors and property owners in all aspects of real property entitlement and development. He was a principal in his own right in the development of several million dollars of projects. He also served as a City Councilman of Oro Valley, Arizona for 7 years. 

Mr. Renneckar earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from Miami University and a Juris Doctorate from The Ohio State University.
