SunChase, acting as a 50% managing member of SunMP, LLC, has assembled a strategic collection of prime commercial and mixed-use land assets; all within the rapidly urbanizing growth area of Goodyear, located near Phoenix, Arizona. The various projects make up a significant portion of the planned future central commerce district of the City of Goodyear, where they are positioned to take advantage of several of Goodyear’s existing and planned community improvements.
