Sterling Pointe is a full service community commercial land project located in the Sacramento Metropolitan suburb city of Lincoln, California.

SunChase gained full entitlement status, constructed all infrastructure, then sold finished and mapped super parcels to commercial developers. SunChase selected the design forms for the project and implemented the architectural design, review and approval process for the center.

The land sale values for Sterling Pointe established new high value record benchmarks for commercial property transactions in the region. The center is now home to Lowe’s Home Improvement, Raley’s Supermarket and numerous other national and regional tenants.
