Past Projects
SunChase has developed and sold some very large, complex and challenging projects using skill, patience and capital. Past SunChase development projects include the Estrella master planned community in Arizona, which SunChase owned along with one investor, and the Mountain House master planned “new town” community in California, which SunChase owned and developed. After developing the projects over many years, SunChase sold the Estrella project and the majority of the Mountain House project. The sale of Estrella was the largest residential sale in Arizona history and the sale of Mountain House was the largest residential sale in Northern California history. These are just two examples out of the hundreds of real estate parcels and projects that SunChase has touched over its nearly three decades of operations.
